When am I charged?
You will only be charged upon completion of check out, so check thoroughly your purchases before you confirm.
The item I want is sold out! Is there any way for you to bring it in again?
Just drop us an email to sales@i-six.com.sg and we'll see what we can do for you. Alternatively, you can get it in our authorize retailer stores as listed in our website.
Where do you ship to?
We handling local shipment only by Singapore Post.
What payment types do you accept?
For all online payments, we currently accept any credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and Paypal
What should I expect after I placed my order?

If I am not able to self-collect my order, am I able to get someone else to collect on my behalf?
Yes, you can.
It will be best if you can inform our Customer Service team about this earlier, so that we can keep our staff in the loop about this.
Also, you need to show our staff the order confirmation email, and/or quote your order number in order for us to facilitate this.
If I find the item that I have ordered online at your store, am I able to pick it up from there instead?
Once you have confirm your mode of delivery or self-collection you are not allow to change it later.
